Festival Overview
Standard Chartered Arts in the Park returns to Victoria Park November 29-30, 2025, celebrating its 25th anniversary with the return of the beloved Illuminated Night Parade after a seven-year break.
This year's theme of The Adventures of Pinocchio, transforms Carlo Collodi's timeless tale into a weekend of family-friendly celebration featuring giant puppets and live performances.
Since 2001, this festival has already welcomed over 1.9 million visitors.
The 25th anniversary brings back the magical illuminated parade that Hong Kong families have been waiting for since 2013.
Completely free showcasing 100% Hong Kong craftsmanship, and creates opportunities for kids to engage with local artists through hands-on workshops and live demonstrations.

The Parades
Illuminated Night Parade - Saturday, November 29
Time: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Route: Starting from Lee Garden One Main Entrance to Hysan Place and back
What you'll see: Five illuminated giant puppets and eight twinkling costumes bringing Pinocchio, Geppetto, and the Terrible Dogfish to life as they glow through Causeway Bay's streets.
Grand Finale Parade - Sunday, November 30
Time: 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Route: From Victoria Park to East Point Road and back
The spectacle: 10 towering four-meter-tall puppets and 500 performers including students from over 100 local schools and professional dancers create an unforgettable carnival atmosphere.
