Stanley Market
This market in the quaint village of Stanley on Hong Kong Island’s south coast is a huge hit with locals, expats and tourists for good reason: its enormous selection of brand-name clothing items (large sizes are available) and accessories, jewellery, home furnishings, souvenirs, ornaments and Oriental knick-knacks are sold at reasonable prices in a picturesque warren of lanes.

The Peak
With some seven million visitors every year, the Peak is a major tourist attraction of Hong Kong. It offers spectacular views of the city and its harbours. The viewing deck also has coin operated telescopes that the visitors can use to enjoy the cityscape. The number of visitors led to the construction of two major leisure and shopping centers, the Peak Tower and the Peak Galleria, situated adjacent to each other.
Transportation:
MTR from Sai Yin Pun Station to Admiralty station (Exit B2). Walk to Peak Tram Station and then take by Peak Tram to the Peak.
MTR from Sai Yin Pun Station to Central Station and then take green colour Minibus No.1 to the Peak.

Cheung Chau Island
Part of what makes Cheung Chau a Hong Kong gem is its still-active fishing fleet, and the local restaurants are always ready to dish out the fresh fruits of their daily hauls. Seafood Street near the pier is the best place on the island for an alfresco meal and to soak in the lively ambiance of locals and day trippers. Besides, from the pier and takes you past pleasant coastal scenery and a great selection of popular eateries. This will also lead you in the direction of the respective turfs of a goddess and a pirate – the island’s Tin Hau Temple and Cheung Po Tsai Cave.

Lamma Island
From a traditional Chinese fishing village to a laid-back multicultural community, Lamma’s blend of Western and Chinese island life creates an atmosphere that has proved irresistible for Hong Kong’s busy residents. Many come here as day-trippers; some stay for good.
